This is a non-smoking villa (all smoking must be outside).

Long stay discounts, alternative duration's are available on request! Please ring.

A deposit of £50 per week is required to confirm the booking.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a cleaning charge payable to the key holder on arrival of 55.00 Euros for up to 4 people Over 4 people 65.00 Euros.

Our key holder will meet you at the Villa to hand over the keys, show you around the Villa. The key holder will also arrange to collect the keys on your departure.

Breakage's & Damages.
We don't request a security deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our key holder. You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.
